Jess serves as the program director for Employee Wellness and Engagement. In this role, Jess brings together her background in teaching and advising to support staff and faculty at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Boulder. Jess is passionate about cultivating a culture of well-being on campus and supported 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s adoption of the Okanagan Charter in 2023.Ìý

As a true forever Buff, Jess received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Boulder. After several years of teaching high school, Jess returned to 91¶ÌÊÓƵ as an academic advisor within the College of Arts and Sciences before taking on more employee-focused roles at the university. Ìý
